Accommodation
The Pink House villa accommodation consists of:

three bedrooms on the ground floor. Two with Queen-size beds, and one with twin beds. - magnificent self-contained luxury master suite encompassing the entire upper floor of the house, with en suite full bathroom, separate shower enclosure and dressing room.
- All rooms have en-suite shower/wc
- Overhead fans and cool breezes to soothe and calm
- A fully equipped kitchen and modern gas barbecue
- Poolside chairs...very comfortable!
- Two love seats with shades
- A mobile phone with TT$20 call time is included within the rental price.
- A welcome pack containing: milk, tea, coffee and sugar is provided free of charge. If you would like us to do your first shop, or buy in beers, wines and or spirits, we will do our utmost to 'deliver the goods' and will charge it to your account.
Home Away From Home
As you drive through the gates, the atmosphere becomes one of calm and relaxation, encapsulating the idea of a true vacation.
Step through the stained glass doors of the villa to be greeted by a feeling of space and light; curved walls invite the beauty of nature to come inside, while outside there are uninterrupted views, cool breezes, birds singing, trees rustling and the soothing sound of the ocean in the distance.
Inside
The house an oasis of comfort, privacy and tranquility offers open, spacious living areas and comfortable seating for both dining and relaxing. Natural breezes cool the house, and the many louvered windows can be adjusted to suit. The accommodation is spread over three spacious bedrooms, complete with four poster beds and stunning, uninterrupted views of Turtle Beach, Plymouth Harbour and the ocean. There is always someone at the house to greet you, show you how things work and answer any questions you may have.
The Gardens
The gardens have plenty of 'hammock hanging' trees... Choose a shady spot where you can relax and listen to the many birds and parrots calling. Many trees, citrus, banana, mango and papaya to name but a few grow abundantly. Our kitchen herb garden gives a plentiful supply of fresh herbs. All our produce is there for guests to pick and enjoy at their leisure when in season. Pool side a wood and bamboo pergola gives welcome shade between cooling dips in the contoured swimming pool.
Beach Access
By Car: five minutes drive; By Foot: access to and from the beach involves a 15 minute walk through the bird sanctuary or on the road. A look at Google Earth or Google Maps will show you where we are. The closest houses are approximately two minutes walk along our well lit unpaved trace road.
