Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of GBP300.00 or US$500 is necessary on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure less damages and any telephone and other charges due. If departure is late at night or early in the morning, this deposit will be held until the villa is checked. In this case the monies will be transferred to an account of your choice.
Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before arrival - loss of 10% of rental cost
30-59 days before arrival –loss of 50% of rental cost
15-29 days before arrival – loss of 80% of rental cost
Less than 14 days before arrival – loss of 100% of rental cost.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival time: After 12.00 noon.
Guests will be met at the airport by Ram from Rattan Rentals. He will deliver your rental car and you will follow him up to the house. That way you have a relaxed first drive and find your way with ease.
Exclusion of Liability
The owners of The Pink House accept no liability for guests and their belongings for the duration of their stay. It is the responsibility of guests to take out appropriate insurances and otherwise to take measures to ensure their safety and protection during their stay.
